Refund Policy

Sound/Sample packs

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot issue refunds on sample packs. We suggest customers back up sounds/packs to an alternate hard-drive to protect against loss of purchase. In the event of data loss, please contact info@xlntsound with your original order details. If you are having any other issues with your downloads, please refer to our FAQ page or contact us at info@xlntsound.com with your order details. 

If you have purchased any of our products from another merchant (i.e. Guitar Center), please refer to their refund policy for details.

Merchandise/Clothing

We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. At this time we do not accept returns. Refunds are only possible in the event of a manufacturing defect. Please email info@xlntsound.com with your order details if you would like to initiate an exchange or refund.

Lessons

If there is a scheduling conflict or technical issue that prevents the lesson from taking place, we will offer a full refund. However we cannot offer a refund in the event a lesson has been scheduled and the student does not show up. Please coordinate via email at info@xlntsound.com if you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson.
