Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot issue refunds on sample packs. We suggest customers back up sounds/packs to an alternate hard-drive to protect against loss of purchase. In the event of data loss, please contact info@xlntsound with your original order details. We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. At this time we do not accept returns. Refunds are only possible in the event of a manufacturing defect. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details if you would like to initiate an exchange or refund.
If there is a scheduling conflict or technical issue that prevents the lesson from taking place, we will offer a full refund. However we cannot offer a refund in the event a lesson has been scheduled and the student does not show up. Please coordinate via email at email@example.com if you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson.
